We specialize in whole bean coffee, artfully light-roasted for both filter and espresso methods. These roasts bring out the coffee's unique and vibrant flavors, paying homage to its origins.

  • ⏳ Rest Before Brewing: Allow your coffee to rest for 3-4 weeks post-roasting for a richer, more nuanced flavor. Elements like roast level, origin, and altitude can influence this maturation process.
  • 🌱 Freshness Timeline: Our coffees maintain their fresh flavors for approximately two months, and many remain enjoyable for up to four months.

🚚 Roasting and Shipping

  • πŸ”₯ For Wholesalers: We roast coffee once a week on Mondays. To have your coffee freshly roasted, please place orders before Monday 8:00 CET.
  • 🚒 Shipping Information: We ship globally via PPL and DHL. After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared. For adjustments or issues, please contact the respective courier service, referencing your tracking number. Mazelab is not liable for shipping discrepancies or delays and does not guarantee precise delivery times.

✏️ Order Modifications

If you need to change your order, contact us immediately with your name, email, and order number. Modifications are not possible post-dispatch. We may cancel orders due to typos or tax changes.
